Recent projects:
Recent Colorado projects of note include lighting retrofits and boiler
replacements for the Harrison School District Two in Colorado Springs; lighting
retrofits, chiller and condenser replacement, rooftop HVAC unit upgrades, and
energy management software for the South Suburban Park and Recreation District
in suburban Denver; and lighting and HID retrofits, vending machine controls,
and energy management software for the Lewis Palmer School District in Monument.

tax-exempt binds, taxable and tax-exempt operating leases, and can also assist
clients with the refinancing of debt related to existing performance contracts.
